* No stress if you can’t make it to the first 1 or 2 classes or miss few classes during the season for whatever reason! Many people miss some classes due to work, family, trips, holidays plans.
** Earliest ending date Dec 4th, latest ending date Dec 18th. We reserve 2 spare weeks in case we need to cancel classes for some reason.

We (Omar & Johanna) have been teaching together since 2011, teaching 1000s of students, and been honing our teaching methods to work for our students in the best possible ways! We care for our students and their learning and want to make the dance classes the safe and happy place for everyone! Dance has changed and built our lives and we wouldn’t and couldn’t live without it – it’s just too much fun! Join us – you won’t regret it!

Besides cultural credit payments all other payments are by card through Avec’s Mindbody system.
PAYMENT PLAN TO PAY IN PARTS OR PAY LATER
You can pay in parts or guarantee your spot now and pay later using our easy payment plan.
An example pay later use case would be if you will receive cultural credit in the coming months that you want to use.
Payment plan set up and admin fee is 16€ and for the monthly example amounts in the pricing above it is included.

If you you want to pay your course in part or full contact us first for instructions.
Can also be used in combination with the payment plan.
After that you can register accordingly.
All Registrations
During registration select your role, leader or follower.
Normally the men take the leader role and the ladies the follower role, but we accept anyone in any role.
Registering Alone or With Partner
When registering with a partner enter your partner’s first and last name in the registration notes.
Your partner still needs to register as well!
During classes everyone changes partners, no exceptions! This will create a better learning experience for everyone.
SALES TERMS
All sales are final and non-refundable.
All passes are only valid for courses with Omar & Johanna
REGISTRATION TERMS
All registrations are personal.
In general Avec has a no cancellation policy and all registrations are binding for the class, time and teachers you registered for.
As an exception if you sign up for our Salsa and want to change to Bachata, or vice versa we can make this exception if there is still space in the course.
If for whatever reason you can’t make it you can sell your spot in the course to someone else, in that case please contact us so we can arrange the transfer.
